This agreement is a legal contract between you and Feiji VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App') and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative works without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App and related marks belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide notices where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and privacy rules of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or roaming charges. If you use mobile networks outside your home region, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and understand any possible data costs.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Issues caused by depleted battery, device failure, third-party platform limits, or external network conditions are outside our compensation scope. We try to keep routing information and app updates accurate, but we do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party data or services. For compatibility and security, you agree to download and install updates when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust or terminate App services within a reasonable scope; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: If an account, license key, or digital entitlement is shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization, we may refuse refunds and restrict service.
